Vie L'Ven proudly unveils an esteemed collaboration with the Ducasse Paris Group founded by the globally acclaimed culinary icon, Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Ducasse's restaurants hold 21 Michelin Stars, making him one of the most decorated chefs in the world. The signature restaurant marks Ducasse Paris Group's inaugural dining concept in Sint Maarten and the broader Caribbean, drawing inspiration from the local cultures to compliment the island's gastronomy scene.

Vie L'Ven will offer a variety of dining options, including a friendly beachfront bar and café, serving up delicious plates and tropical drinks; an all day restaurant; and the aformentioned fine dining restaurant helmed by Chef Alain Ducasse, an award-winning, world-renowned restaurateur. An on-site garden will provide locally-grown produce and herbs for all the food and beverage venues, providing a true taste of the island. Every dining experience at Vie L’Ven will be nothing short of perfection.
